I was taught Naval Science for 16 years. In 2013, I reported to Pascagoula High School, my previous 7 & 1/2 years were spent teaching at Moss Point High School. I am married to Victoria and we have a son, daughter, and three stepdaughters, and three grandkids. I enjoy cooking, eating, family, golfing, fishing, and serving in the community.
I hold an Associate and BS in Business Administration from MGCCC and University of Southern Miss, respectively. Prior to teaching Navy JROTC, I served in the United States Navy for 22 years as Command Master Chief, Ship's Serviceman, Recruit Division Commander, Instructor, Inspector, Training Manual and Exam Writer.
My sea service included assignments aboard: USS Forrestal (CV-59) homeported Philadelphia, PA and Mayport, FL, USS Ortolan (ASR-22) homeported Charleston, SC, USS Portland (LSD-37) homeported Norfolk, VA, and USS Orion (AS-18) forward-deployed at La Maddalena, Italy; my shore duty assignments were at Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes, IL, Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDTC) Pensacola, FL, and U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Keflavik, Iceland.
